To mark the forthcoming of the ‘Taittinger’ – International Signature Cuisine Prize – that will be held on the 30th of January 2024, meet Louis Dupuy-Roudel, candidate for Sweden.

Born in Lyon, Louis Dupuy-Roudel was 26 when opportunities in this profession took him to Sweden.

He follows in the footsteps of Louis Cespedes, candidate for the Taittinger Prize for Sweden two years ago.

Since then, the latter has opened his restaurant ‘Persona’ where Louis currently works.

Previously, he had a flawless career in France, working in several major Houses, notably at Paul Bocuse.

It was in one of these restaurants that he met his partner, a pastry chef, who followed him on this Nordic adventure. Together, they aim to one day open their own restaurant.

For Louis, this competition represents an important step towards asserting his style.
