To mark the forthcoming of the ‘Taittinger’ – International Signature Cuisine Prize – that will be held on the 30th of January 2024, meet Paul Guenot, candidate for Belgium.
At 24, Paul Guenot won the Belgian selection for the Taittinger Prize against 5 other competitors.
Coming from a family of chefs, Paul took up the torch at a very young age and worked at Maison Lenôtre. Today, he has been working for 3 years in the kitchens of the “Ma Langue Sourit” restaurant in Luxembourg.
The talented Chef Cyril Molard holds 2 stars in the Michelin guide and is very committed to transmission. He therefore did not hesitate to support Paul in his preparation.
Luxembourg has some beautiful restaurants in its small territory and great Chefs like Léa Linster who won the Bocuse d’or in 2001. Belgium has been waiting a long time for a second winner for the Taittinger.
