The final of the next edition of the Taittinger Prize, henceforth to be known as the ArsNova Prize, will be held on 4 February 2025.

The prestigious “Taittinger” culinary prize, an unmissable event in the world of gastronomy since 1967, is to be renamed the ArsNova Prize in the context of the ArsNova endowment fund established by Taittinger in 2023.

But while the name of the Prize may be changing, the recipe remains the same. It continues to be about “signature cuisine”, which combines great technical skill with a feeling for creative inspiration. Nine highly respected international chefs have already undergone preselection and will represent their country in the final in Paris.

This 57th edition of the competition will take place on 4 February 2025 on the theme of recipes using the female duckling (canette). This is the star product that the chefs will have to cook before presenting their dish to a very prestigious jury headed up by Emmanuel Renaut, head chef at the 3-star restaurant Flocons de Sel in Megève.

Stay in touch. We’ll be revealing further details about the theme very soon, as well as the profiles of the chefs competing!
